3. Exclusions & Limitations

While we strive to make free shipping as accessible as possible, a few exceptions apply:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses may incur an additional shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • Oversized / Heavy Items: Select large or heavy products may be excluded from the free shipping promotion. Any additional freight or handling fees will be explicitly stated on the product page and at checkout.

  • Returns: If you return an item, return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return. Please check our Return Policy for details.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking details to update on the carrier’s system (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
